Coaching is a passion for Dr. Taylor. She uses online and in-person sessions to assist clients in reaching a higher level. Clients achieve breakthroughs in their life, using Positive Psychology. This can be helpful for individuals or executives that are motivated to transform their life.  Many clients request coaching to reach their goals in their career and relationships.

Counseling a very personal process, 
 one that Dr. Taylor considers a privilege to be a part of. She helps clients navigate life's challenges so
they can start experiencing more balance and joy.  Through emotional support and  evidence-based therapies , clients begin to interpret things in a healthier, more productive manner. They learn about how to become resilient, and interpret situations and relationships in a healthy way. Dr. Taylor uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused-Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.  Online, telephone or in-person sessions are available.

Dr. Taylor is Level II Certified  in EMDR  (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing). It is called  bilateral stimulation, which is helpful for treating trauma, fears, and "feeling stuck". EMDR is an evidenced-based treatment that has been given an A rating by the Veterans' Administration. The Department of Defense has exhaustively studied its usefulness with Vets with PTSD. Clients find relief with very few sessions.
